The MANITOBA SHINGLING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION
is a non-profit association which was formed in 1975 by some of the roofing pioneers of Manitoba. Over the years our association has created a "Good Roofing Practice Manual". This manual is designed to meet or exceed the national and provincial building codes. At present our association consists of 12 companies, 7 associate members (manufacturers of the materials we install). We have worked with government bodies such as Work Place Safety and Health and the City of Winnipeg. Our Association is now being recognized by engineers, spec writers, Manitoba Housing and various management companies. |
 There are many roofing companies and installers, but very few specialists. Our association represents a network of contractors across Manitoba who are committed to a uniform standard of excellence in service, workmanship and professional business ethics. This standard has made us Manitoba's largest team of roofing specialists. Only those of our members who maintain our standards are entitled to be listed in this website.
